Need help sweeping the River Walk? These fixes solve the most common issues.
Controls
- iPhone and Android: drag one side to walk, swipe the other side to look, then tap the visible confetti paper you want to collect.
- Desktop: use WASD or arrow keys to move, move the mouse to look, and left-click to collect or interact.
- Tap the music button to turn the Fiesta background music up, down, or all the way off.
Sound stopped after switching apps
Return to Fiesta Sweep and tap anywhere in the game. If sound does not resume, tap the music button once. Also check Silent Mode and your media volume.
I cannot see another player
Both players need an internet connection and the current version of Fiesta Sweep. Multiplayer shares player movement and celebrations, but every player keeps a private confetti route, upgrades, cash total, and reward.
Fiesta Champions is not loading
Your personal Fiesta stats still save on this device. Check your internet connection, close and reopen the Champions card, then try the Today tab again. The board uses a safe made-up player name; there is no account or password to recover.
Progress or reward
Progress saves on this device. Do not delete the app or clear its storage before showing a locked reward screen to staff. Rewards are subject to the Fiesta Sweep Reward Terms, availability, identification requirements, and venue rules. No cash value.
