Need help sweeping the River Walk? These fixes solve the most common issues.

Controls

• iPhone: drag one side to walk, swipe the other side to look, then tap once when the reticle turns orange.
• Desktop: use WASD or arrow keys to move, move the mouse to look, and left-click to collect or interact.
• Open Settings to swap movement sides, change sound or haptics, or reset your shift.

Sound stopped after switching apps

Return to Fiesta Sweep and tap the music button once. iOS sometimes requires one fresh touch before a web audio session can resume. Also check Silent Mode and your media volume.

Progress or reward

Progress saves on this device. Do not delete the app or clear its storage before showing a locked reward screen to staff. Rewards are subject to the terms shown in the app, availability, identification requirements, and venue rules. No cash value.
